To Our Patients

As we reopen our practice and care for our patients, please be assured that we are taking all the necessary precautions to protect you and our team, while following the guidelines of the CDC and the Massachusetts Department of Health.

1. We have adjusted patient scheduling to enforce social distancing and allow extra time for patient care and disinfecting.
2. We recommend that you remain in your car and call us to inform us of your arrival. We will ask you a few Pre-screening health questions before you come in.
3. Patients are brought into a treatment room with minimal waiting in the reception area. We will take your temperature before you are seated.
4. We ask that only the patient comes into the treatment room. If you are accompanying a child or relative, we ask that you remain in the reception area or in your vehicle.
5. The reception area is being treated thoroughly disinfected throughout the day.
6. Our team is wearing appropriate masks, protective eyewear, and gowns.
7. We have installed Plexiglass sneeze guards at our reception desk and added air purifiers throughout the office.
8. We continue to maintain the highest standards of disinfection and sterilization.
