What should I know about my first appointment?

Your first visit to our office is an opportunity for us to meet you - and for you to get to know us. We will do a comprehensive examination and address any concerns you may have. Then, we will work together to create a treatment plan.

Can I fill out new patient forms before my appointment?

Yes. For your convenience, you will find our new patient forms on our website for you to complete and submit prior to your appointment. If you are unable to complete these before your visit, it is recommended that you arrive at least 10-15 min early to complete them in our office.

What payment options do you offer?

Our payment options include cash, checks, credits cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), financing through CareCredit and the Lending Club, and more. We also take most dental insurance plans, too.
