Our practice at Lexington Prosthodontics is built upon a foundation of trust between us and our patients. A Word on Dental Insurance

Our entire staff is pleased that you have insurance benefits to help you and you’re your family with the cost of your dental care.  We would like to help you obtain maximum use of these benefits.  With this in mind, please read the information on our insurance claims process so that we can work together to ensure this benefit.

Our primary goal is to provide exceptional dental care to our patients.  We have found that this is not necessarily the same goal for insurance companies.  Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company.  Since we are not contracted with dental insurance companies, anyone can become a patient in our office.  It is best if you contact your dental insurance company either by phone or online.  Our staff would be happy to lend assistance and helpful tips in speaking with your insurance company.  Our staff will also file and submit all claims directly from our office via e-claims to help expedite insurance payments.

We are not contracted with dental insurance companies, anyone can become a patient in our office.

Fees and Service

Our fees are based on the overhead involved in our practice, the treatment plan selected, and the time it takes us to provide you with the necessary dental care.  We do not believe it is in either of our best interests for us to compromise our recommended treatment in order to accommodate an insurance program’s maximum benefits that may be considerably less than optimal.  However, we are more than happy to discuss a treatment plan’s advantages and disadvantages with you thereby involving you, rather than the insurance company, in the decision-making process.

We also offer several methods of payment that are designed to help you and your family get the quality of dental care that you deserve.  Please feel free to ask any staff member if there is anything we can do to service you.

Payment Options

The staff and Doctors of Lexington Prosthodontics are aware and sensitive of the financial hardships in today's economy. We offer several payment solutions that will accommodate the new economic needs of patients. We hope our payment options will allow our patients to choose the one that best fits their lifestyle and financial needs.

We accept most forms of payment including cash and checks which when services are rendered are paid in full on day of treatment receive a 5% DISCOUNT. We also accept MasterCard and VISA; and offer CareCredit financing (endorsed by the ADA).

You may also arrange a personal payment plan with our office manager. All payment plans are free of interest charges.

Facilities and Equipment

We are proud to have a laboratory on premises supplemented with the use of outside selected laboratories used for specific procedures.This allows us maximum control over the quality of your dental restorations.

Master technicians in outside labs may handle the laboratory procedures that are more complicated due to the extensiveness of a particular case.  These specialists are experienced lab technicians and ceramists with a keen attention to detail. The specialists we work with are the finest in their fields. We are all "teammates" working in harmony toward a common single goal...your comfort, well-being, and satisfaction
